Thank you for purchasing from Keys to a Healthy Home. Please review our refund and return policies before registering for a course or purchasing products.
Due to the digital nature of our training programs and educational materials, course registrations are generally nonrefundable.
However, participants who have not yet attended or participated in their registered course may submit a refund request for consideration.
To request a refund before participating in a course, please email info@nchh.org with your name, registration details, and reason for the request.
Refund requests are reviewed individually and are not guaranteed. Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method.
Once a participant has attended or begun participating in a course, refunds will not be provided except where required by applicable law.
All sales of downloadable digital products, electronic publications, and other digital educational resources are final.
Due to the electronic nature of these products, refunds and exchanges are not available after purchase, except where required by law.
If you experience difficulty accessing or downloading a purchased digital product, please contact info@nchh.org for assistance.
All book and physical product sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, accidental purchases, or unwanted items.
